The Premier League uses five tiebreakers to separate clubs that finish level on points.
1. Goal difference
2. Goals scored
3. Head-to-head results
4. Away goals scored in those head-to-head games.
5. A one-off game between 1st and 2nd would take place - a sort of 'Premier League Final'.
This season, if Arsenal and Manchester City finish on the same goal difference and the same goals scored, it'll go down to their head-to-head results in which Manchester City would lift the Premier League trophy courtesy of last weekend’s 2-1 win, with Arsenal only managing a 1-1 draw against them at the Emirates.
