Rathan-Mayes has a diverse background, having played for various teams including Merkezefendi Denizli Basket, Melbourne United, Scarborough Shooting Stars, Illawarra Hawks, CSU Sibiu, Agua Caliente Clippers, Texas Legends, Hamilton Honey Badgers, Bnei Herzliya, AEK Athens, Memphis Grizzlies, and Westchester Knicks.
In the 2022-23 season, he started off in the Australian NBL with Melbourne United, where he averaged 14.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.4 assists. Later, he moved to Merkezefendi in the Turkish league, where he posted averages of 13.6 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.8 assists.
