Jack Grealish could be on his way out of Manchester City this summer, with Napoli and Tottenham leading the chase for the England winger. City had a tough season, missing out on the Premier League title, which went to Liverpool, and falling short in the Champions League.

Things didn’t get any better in the FA Cup either, as they ended their campaign with a disappointing 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace in the final at Wembley. Meanwhile, things were even worse over at Manchester United.

They finished a dismal 15th in the league and were beaten 1-0 by Spurs in the Europa League final, which cost them a place in next season’s Champions League.

Both clubs are now looking to rebuild their squads over the summer, but they’ll need to sell before they can buy. Luckily, they each have a few big-name players who could bring in decent transfer fees.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Marcus Rashford and Jack Grealish are two players expected to draw interest, with both reportedly valued at around £40 million.

That price might be a tough sell though, considering neither had a standout season. Grealish, now 29, struggled for minutes last year. He only featured in 20 league games, scoring once and providing just one assist. Despite that, Napoli and Spurs are said to be leading the race for his signature, according to Oddschecker.

Grealish was also left out of City’s Club World Cup squad, which raised eyebrows, but manager Pep Guardiola insisted there was no drama.

“It was my decision, not because Jack did anything wrong,” Guardiola said. “He’s been nothing but professional. I want the best for Jack and his family. I don’t know what the future holds, but I’ve never doubted his quality. We couldn’t have won the Treble without him.”
