While walking the red carpet to promote his new movie Heads of State, Cena gave fans a quick update on what to expect as his “The Last Time Is Now” retirement tour continues.
“I don’t want to take away from all the action happening in WWE right now, there’s a lot going on,” Cena said. “And yeah, I’m 48. My last match will be in mid-December. We’re still figuring out where it’ll happen. But I said 36 dates in January, and we’re halfway through. It’s been an incredible ride. I don’t want to spoil anything, but I think the best is still to come.”
Cena’s 2025 farewell run has already been packed with major moments, including a shocking heel turn and a record-setting 17th world championship win at WrestleMania 41.
